A real missed opportunity. Living in Oakham we would so like a good independent coffee shop to succeed but the place is often cold, you sit on cold metal seats, the chap serving (brother of the owner apparently) looked irritated when I asked for my coffee to be re-done. Why dont these places check out the competition (Costa, Cafe Nero etc) and consider whey they are so quiet? Try a cosy corner with comfy seating, staff who ooze nothing is too much trouble Shame
