Since moving to Oakham two years ago I started using Underwoods to MOT and service my van. I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of service I have received, so now my wife's Toyota Yaris is booked in for service and MOT. I can highly recommend this garage - they always try to do the best for me as a customer.
Fab service. Took my car in for an mot. I mentioned the amount I had to spend and asked to be contacted if the repairs would exceed this and they did so. I also mentioned I had to pick up my children at school which is a 10 mile round trip and instead of rushing a job or leaving me high and dry they gave me a courtesy car to return the next day which was lovely. Then a few days after my mot was completed my exhaust hanger broke. This had eroded so it was inevitable but fortunately it happened very soon after my mot so the staff gave me a temporary fix while the part was being delivered and have repaired it for free!The staff are so friendly and kept me informed of everything along the way. I will be coming back again and again for future repairs and mots without hesitation. Gemma French.
