The Store covers several department's with a delli, counter, fish,wine,bread, electrical, ect also a travel agent on the way in with a large rotating entrance door that opens in to the main store mobilaty parking bays are located across the road from the bus lane that passes the front of the building With access ramp crossings to slow traffic and assist wheelchair users to the store
Good, but pricey. There are other supermarkets in Oakham offering the same quality for less.
Always clean, aisles always clear, never a wait for the till, staff lovely and chatty, never rude.Always well stocked with a good selection of produce and well presented.Cafe is good quality food for reasonable prices, never wait too long for service once food is ordered, staff are always pleasant and treat my kids like little adults.Id rather use coop before the drive to tesco.Best selection of luxury condiments and ingredients I have found locally, Just a pity that the ATM is now out of action after the robbery.
Please get rid of those annoying rotating doors! Regularly run out of the essentials, especially in the fresh veg department. I notice the checkout staff gossip a lot to each other and forget you are waiting to be served.The meat is good, but I think the salad and veg is just too expensive.
As a regular customer using the cafe I would like to congratulate the staff on the excellent preparation,quality and value of the food. The cafe is large with plent of space to accommodate wheel chair users, groups of friends and mums with push chairs. The staff are friendly and work hard to ensure a pleasant experience for the customers.
