Im really happy with my purchase. Its so good that you deliver on a weekend too.I bought the bourne high sleeper, which was tough to assemble, if youre on your own but its looks great up. Its very good quality, good value for money and little boy loves it.
DO NOT BUY EXETER BED unless your happy with an unfinished brown chipboard edge on show at the front of the bed and where the seak is! After contacting their customer services who tried their best to sort out my issues but the bed is meant to look like that and the images online do not represent accurately what the bed looks like when you've built it up! The finish is POOR but if you can get over the eye sore it is a very sturdy bed!
Bought the Cambridge High sleeper. Excellent customer service from the beginning, they called ahead after I ordered as there had been an issue on my end and they wanted to confirm the order details. Received the bed within a week. Later, when I accidentally made a mistake on the build, I received a response to my email within 24 hours.The bed looks fantastic and went up easily. It's sturdy enough feel safe moving up and down the ladder and I'm an adult woman. Brilliant for kids who need more space!Have already recommended to several of my friends!
Really really happy bought a high sleeper bed for my son. Delivery took about 11 days in total. The price was great and the item looks superb once built pretty easy instructions to follow, the delivery driver contacted me 2 days prior to delivery to confirm a delivery slot. Overall very happy and my son loves his new bed. Thanks
After reading mixed reviews, I took the decision to order a high cabin bed for my son (10). His room is very small and the design with wardrobe and desk built in was ideal. The delivery was made after 7 days from ordering which was great, as they had quoted within 15 working days. Delivery was great, the delivery man called day before, and then called on the day to let me know when he would be here.Whilst waiting for the delivery, I emailed and requested a copy of the assembly instructions and was provided with a copy, for those who had Customer Service issues, I had no issues at all with Customer service. Having the instructions early, helped, as I could familarise myself with the instructions and have everything ready.Delivery came, and it took approx 4-5 hours to put together. Some say you need a big room to put it together, but I managed in a tiny room. Odd occasions you will need a second person. People have complained about being able to move it into its correct position, but again no issues at all moving it.Quality seems very good, the base of the bed is made of two large sheets which I was worried may buckle, but seem completely fine. I have given 4 out of 5 starts, as I do not think the drawers are the best quality and do not think these will last long with heavy use. Other then that, very happy and would recommend!
