Excellent and supportive instructors, excellent range of classes, instructors devise a fitness programme for you as part of your membership, well worth 35 a month!
Membership costs 35 per month but includes full access to the gym equipment, most fitness classes, swimming pool and trainer reviews. A trainer can help you gain what you want from visiting and put together a fitness programme which is reviewable. During school term times it can be a bit hectic after school closing due to students attending too. Wednesday's I find to be the least busy around the 3pm - 5pm times. Friendly staff are always on hand to help with any queries if needed.
