Attended with two family members to have our hair done for a wedding later that day. The staff were all lovely, the tea and coffee was great, and the initial hairstyles were also lovely. However, unfortunately by the time I got to the wedding venue (15 mins from the salon), all the curls in my hair had fallen out. Worse than that, the half-up styling with a plait from each side had also fallen out. I would expect more for a 35 appointment. It was such a shame considering how great the morning had gone!** Following writing this review, Hannah called me to apologise and gave me a refund. Thank you so much - I cant fault your customer service!

These guys are awesome. A team of friendly, enthusiastic and talented girls situated in a great boutique salon in the middle of Oakham what a gem. I was welcomed with a huge smile, and they had specialty teas and locally roasted coffee as refreshments along with magazines and even nail varnish so I could paint my nails whilst I was there. They listened to exactly what I wanted and helped with advice and suggestions; I am so thrilled with the outcome and left feeling completely pampered! I cant wait to go back!

I love visiting HC! Its always a relaxing experience and the staff are super friendly and always make the visit memorable and I highly recommend the salon to all. Knowledgable staff who are extremely skilled and genuinely care for you. Great loca coffee too!! See you again soon girls!
