Firm and flaky fish, classic chip shop chips, can't fault them and good value at 6.75 for a big portion, was a good snack shared between 4 of us.

Drove away from the place this evening with the owner screaming at me down the high street when I didnt buy from him and chose the BBQ House 2 doors down instead. After I asked if he was still serving just after 10pm - then noticed on the door that closing was 10:30pm - the strong smell of bleach in there put me off so I got food elsewhere. When I returned to my car 10mins later, parked outside, he came out and started swearing at me for not buying from him. Challenging me to fight him as I tried to drive away, shouting and swearing that he stayed open just for me, even though he wasnt due to close for another 10mins.Previous visits have always left me disappointed but now I will never return and would not recommend it
