Awful experience. They never answer the phone no one gets back to you!!! I called several times no answer. After a week the property was given to some else. Emma so rude and unhelpful. They lost a 2-3 year contact so land lords be warned. With a year up front paid.Ben and Lyn you were amazing but what a let down on the ones who are closing a sell.

Do not use this letting agency if you expect to get your deposit back fairly. They pocket it for themselves, Alice even admitted this on the phone. Numerous friends have used them and same experience as myself. People even charged for 'removal of goods' that where already in the property to begin with. And when new tenant had moved in the goods where still there. An absolute first class disgrace.
