Get a ticket machine
The annoying this is there is only two people working there and if it's the younger lad you will get outstanding, friendly and pleasant experience wheb it's the other person and you need to buy tickets urgently in the morning you are more likely to win the lottery as he will never open at the opening time. Leaving a lot of annoyed and angry people.
There doesn't appear to be any lift, so I struggled up the steep steps, if anyone knows otherwise I'd appreciate knowing how other people manage.
Hate to give so low but no ticket machines in this day and age and no easy way for wheel chair to change platform.
No ticket machines and the office is only manned in the morning
