Excellent location on the high street. The hotel was gorgeous, warm & welcoming. Our room no:1 was fabulous. The breakfast 2nd to none. We really enjoyed our stay & will be doing it again soon, thank you.

Enjoyed a brief stay here with a small group of friends after a nearby sporting event. The food was good and served quickly but the standout was the friendly personable service delivered by the entire team and the elegant, quiet atmosphere. Would like to come back soon to get a proper feel for the place and it's offerings. They don't serve chips on Sundays.
Very nice guesthouse with fantastic restaurant and cosy pub located in the centre of Oakham. Lovely little rooms with everything you need for a weekend stay. The room was clean and the bathroom had a walk-in rain shower.
