Quite nice. A mix of new and old. Bar is rustic, rooms have everything you need.

Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Good food served in the restaurant although be aware that it is closed on Monday evenings. Right in the centre of Oakham with its own car park.
Nothing to complain about at the Wisteria Hotel. We had a very warm reception from one of the owners, our room was clean and very quiet. Bathroom was modern, large with an excellent shower. Towels were soft and changed regularly. Breakfast was excellent with choice of all cereals and fruit juices and of course the full English was delicious. Service was quick and the staff all so helpful. Hotel is in a great location a few minutes walk from Oakham town centre, castle etc and the Museum is next door -literally! Free parking was a bonus. Great value for money, thoroughly recommended.
