clean, ,tranquil & a beautiful setting. Can't fault or ask for more. Perfect for us as we desire peace & quiet, & we got it. Will definitely be back.
We spent 2 nights camping with friends, including 5 children under 10, on Louisa Alice. The site is small & well appointed away from busy roads. Good bathrooms and facilities. Because of the size of the site, here isn't space for children to run around/kick balls if that is important to your family. However there is a long driveway a few minutes walk with grass space and you are close to lots of places & parks to visit - the children in our party found plenty to keep them amused. Very peaceful at night and very relaxed during the day. Would definitely use again.
It was our first trip out in the new caravan (well an older caravan, but our very first one) and this was a perfect place to come! The hosts (Ann and John) were lovely and very accommodating! The site was well kept and the toilet/shower blocks were immaculate! We'll definitely be returning!
Just returned from Louisa Alice , May bank holiday weekend We had a wonderful weekend John and Anne are the nicest wardens , very friendly,helpful nothing to much trouble,The Site is very well maintained ,pitches all gravel,very spaciousThe Facilities were very clean, toilets and showers excellentWill definately return very soonLovely site
Campsite is great, the man and wife wardens are horrible people. They use the disable toilets as their own private wash room, my disabled father had to wait to go in then was told not to use towels etc, on their own power trip.We were on for a year, would be more than happy to return but only if those two are no longer involved.
