Fantastic place and great service !! It took a bit long to get the pie out, but I suppose it always does.. we will definitely go back...
We stayed here are short notice in a business trip to Oakham. Very comfortable room and a great breakfast. A big thank you to Kevin who waited on for us to arrive as we were delayed by the snowy weather! 5*.
My partner and I have had 3 nice visits here over the course of about a year. On our last - and final - visit however, service just vapourised after main course was delivered. Not sure if customers are expected to clear their own plates, like they do at home. We were offered a small discount, paid and left.
Lovely place, staff really friendly, room we stayed in was very clean and well equipped. Whole place was contemporary and well decorated and very cosy. Food was excellent. We shall definately stay again as we had such a good experience, a great place to eat, drink or stay at.
Very clean and well decorated. Excellent food and helpful staff. Room would have been nicer with a wardrobe or somewhere to hang clothes. Breakfast was a little slow but worth the wait. Other B&Bs should take note of their generous breakfast hours of 7.30-11 (I honestly feel some places finishing breakfast at 9.30 are thinking about themselves not their customers so well done Mill Street Pub and Kitchen)
